How do I get a university email account?
University email is issued by the Information Technology department once enrolment is complete. For enquiries use the contact form or see Information Technology.
When are results announced?
Results are announced through the Study & Examinations Office in line with the approved academic calendar, and published on this page as soon as they are confirmed.
I have forgotten my login details
Contact technical support — Information Technology. Never share your login details with anyone; the university will not request them by email or telephone.
How can a certificate issued by the university be verified?
The certificate verification service will be available to organisations and employers once activated. Until then, a formal request can be submitted through the contact form.
Protecting your account
The university will never ask for your password or a verification code by telephone, email or social media message. Any message requesting these should be ignored and reported.
